Thermal Baths in Kalameny

Kalameny is located in the Žilina region of northern Slovakia, at an altitude of 592 meters. It is a place with natural thermal springs on flat terrain - access by camper is easy, with a solid entry suitable for all-wheel-drive vehicles. The bathing water is nearby. Parking costs 5 euros per car until midnight each day. Cell signal is weak but available here. In the area, you will hear the common crossbill, the common raven, the tawny owl, and the reed bunting. The surroundings of Kalameny are covered with wetland and meadow vegetation - you can find mudworts, mud horsetails, common fescue, sharp-leaved buttercup, common reed, and common yarrow. The sky here is relatively dark, allowing for stargazing.
