Camping under the tent on Krawcowy Wierch is one of the most atmospheric options in the Żywiec Beskids. The official campsite is located directly on the grassy Krawcula Glade, right next to the wooden building of the PTTK Lodge on Krawcowy Wierch. This place is famous for its incredible, traditional "backpacker" atmosphere and the absence of mass tourism. Campsite location: The tent is pitched on an open, green meadow right next to the lodge. This provides a direct view of the mountains (including the Little Fatra) and ideal conditions for watching sunrises and sunsets. Access to infrastructure: Those camping in tents can easily use the sanitary facilities of the lodge (toilets, sinks, showers with hot water) and the dining room. Cost: The fee for pitching a tent is symbolic (usually around a dozen zlotys per person per night), making it an excellent budget base. Evening atmosphere: Next to the lodge, there is a designated safe area for a campfire with benches and tables. In the evenings, tourists from the tents and the lodge rooms gather there to chat and sing along with the guitar.
