About this place

The clearing at the top of the hill in Zagórz, in the Chrzanów County, is a wild spot that delights with its silence and tranquility. Access to it is possible from two sides. On one side, there is a more difficult forest road, where you will encounter ruts, mud, and steep inclines. It is advisable to consider getting there in an off-road vehicle, preferably 4x4. On the other side, the road is in better condition, with asphalt and compacted surface, but it also requires caution due to steep sections. The spot is rarely visited, so you may only encounter occasional walkers or other vehicles. Setting up a campsite is not recommended, but sleeping in the car is entirely possible. From an elevation of 376 meters above sea level, there is a beautiful view of the surroundings, and the nature around is abundant with various species. In the area, you will hear the songs of birds such as the great tit, blue tit, and chaffinch, as well as other species, including those that are less commonly seen. Nearby is the Parish of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and the entire area is conducive to relaxation and communion with nature. It is worth visiting this place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a moment.
