The beach by the Swaderki River

Wild spot Swaderki, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Poland LI Lichy

About this place

A few kilometers beyond Pluski, the road changes from asphalt to gravel - quite passable even for a passenger car. The last 50 meters to the water you will walk on foot, unless you have an off-road vehicle - then you can drive almost right up to the surface. On site, you will find a piece of beach, the possibility of setting up a campfire, and plenty of trees to hang a hammock. The area is located in Warmia, in the Olsztyn County, at an elevation of 137 meters. The sky here is almost completely dark - stars are visible to the naked eye without any obstructions. Early in the morning, you will hear the songs of tits, nightingales, corn buntings, and owls. The nearby forests and marshes are home to a rich fauna of forest birds. The cell signal is weak - the nearest base station is a few kilometers away.
