About this place
A grassy spot where a lake once lay, open for swimming. The place sits quiet and alone - the kind of spot you seek out when you need to step away from everything. On foot is the only way in. The sky holds enough darkness to pick out stars, and around you the wetland draws birds through the seasons - geese, mallards, herons, harriers moving across the flats. The ground beneath is low and flat, barely above sea level, built from clay laid down millions of years ago.
Wild spot, no facilities Bring everything you need and leave no trace. There is no infrastructure here.
