  • We don't tolerate malicious reports aimed at harassing others
  • Good faith reports are always welcome, even if they turn out unnecessary

  • Wait for response - We'll check your report within 24-48 hours. If we need additional information, we'll contact you.

How to report well

Describe the problem exactly - The more details, the better

  • Copy the exact text that concerns you
  • Explain why you think it's problematic
  • Add context if needed
  • Provide date and time if important

Stay calm - Focus on facts, not emotions

  • Describe only what you see
  • Avoid emotional terms
  • Focus on guideline violations
  • Don't attack the person who wrote the content

Gather evidence - Documentation helps us react quickly

  • Take a screenshot before content disappears
  • Save the link to the problematic page
  • Note recurring behaviors
  • Add the entire conversation context if needed

Other ways to solve the problem

Before reporting, try:

  • Writing a polite comment with correction
  • Asking for explanation if something seems wrong
  • Giving a chance to resolve minor issues
  • Writing a private message with constructive feedback

In emergency situations:

  • In case of direct life threat - first call 112
  • Report dangerous information immediately
  • Don't wait for normal procedures if someone is in danger
  • Use emergency numbers in urgent cases
