4 simple rules that unite our community
- Be kind to others - We all love traveling and camping. Treat others as you'd like to be treated - with kindness and patience. Regardless of experience, we're all here for the same thing.
- Share accurate information - Your descriptions help others plan amazing trips. Write about what you actually saw: amenities, access, safety. Your honesty is a treasure for other travelers.
- Respect property and law - Only add places where camping is allowed. Always check if you're not entering someone's private land. Respect local regulations and land owners.
- Care for nature - We protect what we love. Don't reveal locations of sensitive places, reserves, or culturally valuable areas. Help preserve wilderness for future generations.
How to write so others understand you?
When adding a new place:
- Take photos that show the true character of the place.
- Describe what others will find: toilets, water access, electricity, nearby stores.
